Processing Times
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1-7 working days of purchase. Processing times may vary during busy periods, so please allow a little extra time around holidays or new product launches.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the items ordered. Any available free shipping offers will be displayed on the website.
For mail club subscriptions, postage is included in the subscription price.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the postal service. As a general guide:
UK: 1-7 working days
International: 1-5 weeks
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. International orders may take longer due to customs checks or postal delays.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply to their order.
Delayed or Missing Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal service. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me at Lari_art@yahoo.com with your order number so I can help.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please get in touch rather than placing another order straight away.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you've entered an incorrect address, contact me as soon as possible. I'll do my best to help if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
Mail Club Shipping
Mail club orders are prepared and dispatched monthly, after the monthly subscription cutoff. Delivery times vary depending on your location, and international mail may take around a month to arrive.
